Each package must have a letter confirming the withdrawal from the contract.

It is necessary to provide the name and surname of the ordering party, order number, reason for the return, and data for the transfer of amounts due for returned goods.

What types of payment do you accept?

We support payments by:

  • transfer to our bank account
What currencies do you accept?

Molto Me supports EUR, USD & GBP in the English version and PLN in the Polish version. You can change the currency by changing the language version of the website. 

Can I pay via PayPal?

Yes, we support payments by credit card via PayPal payment service:  [email protected] as well as using funds accumulated on PayPal accounts

Can I pay with direct bank transfer?

Yes, you can transfer directly to our bank account.

What if my payment is declined?

At first please check that your card is not expired and you have enough funds on your bank or PayPal account.

Also, the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details is very important. Maybe there is a misspelling in data such as the billing address or the security code.

MOLTO is not responsible for processing payment.
We always confirm by email that we received payment – if you didn’t get mail from us please let us know. We will double-check our account based on your payment details.

More info you can get from your bank, card issuer, or PayPal – they might have stopped your payment from going through.

Are the payments secure?

Molto Me online store runs through a secure SSL connection. All credit card payments are handled securely by PayPal and we have no access to your credit card data.

What shipping methods are available?

It depends on your choice. Shipments are delivered by:

  • Polish Post
  • courier UPS, TNT, DPD
  • or to a Service Point (please contact us first)
How are the orders packed?

All orders are sent gift-ready with a nice box, pink tissue, MOLTO stickers, and a handwritten message from our designer!

If you wish we can add your custom note and wishes!

What are your domestic shipping options?

The cost of domestic delivery in Poland is currently 0 PLN for orders value above 550 PLN. For orders under 550 PLN – shipping with Polish Post or InPost (by your choice) is 15 PLN for paid orders, or 20 PLN when you decide to pay during delivery.
Delivery time: 3-6 business days.

How do you ship within Europe?

Yes, we can send packages almost to every place in the world.

Do you ship to the USA and Canada?

Sure, we do!

The cost of delivery to the USA and Canada is currently 20 EURO.

We need around 1 – 5 days to prepare your order, and maximum 15-20 days to deliver it to USA or Canada. Usually it takes up to 14 days. We will inform you about the order status. We use Polish Postal Service which is secure and can be tracked online.

Do you ship to Australia?

Sure, we do!

MOLTO is an accessory brand founded in 2013 by Alex Kaminski. Handmade and designed with the highest demands for functionality and aesthetics. 

Traditional craftsmanship, luxurious materials, and bold colors are the fundamentals of the MOLTO Bag.

Where are Molto Bags made and how?

All of our pieces are handmade in Poland, central Europe.
Each braided strap and croco key chain are hand made for order by brand designer.

We support and work with small local companies and craft masters. MOLTO is not about items, it is about people.

Where are the materials from?

MOLTO purchases production surplus leather from Italian manufacturers - that means we handcraft our products using leather that was not made for us but is an excess of production in European fashion houses.

That’s why we can offer you products made with the highest quality, confirmed by the biggest European fashion houses. Every season we can offer you something unique, but still timeless.

MOLTO cares for the environment. We are focused on minimal waste production!

We use only reliable Raccagni Zippers. The sliders and pullers are made with durability and functionality in mind. Their manufacturing process involves tests for resistance to heat, humidity, and tarnishing. Special coating protects zippers from any chemicals ensuring it won’t corrode.
